Among the activities offered are yoga, pilates, exercise, dancing, computer classes, new technologies and memory workshops. These activities take place in different areas of the municipality, including Orihuela Costa.

According to the data provided by the organisation, 91% of participants in the previous course maintained or improved their physical and/or cognitive condition.

These initiatives give older people the opportunity to stay active, learn new skills, meet other people and enjoy new activities throughout the year.

Another reason to enjoy Orihuela Costa

When we think of Orihuela Costa, we think of the sea, sunshine, beaches, restaurants, golf courses and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

But living in Orihuela Costa is about much more than enjoying the good weather.

Having activities, services and spaces where people can stay active and participate in local life is also an important part of quality of life.

Walking by the sea, practising sports, playing golf, enjoying a meal on a terrace, shopping or taking part in local activities are all small moments that make life special in this area of the Costa Blanca.

A place to live all year round

For many people looking for a house for sale in Orihuela Costa, the climate and beaches are important, but so is finding a place where they can enjoy their everyday life.
