Cocido con Pelotas Festival – May 31st in Orihuela Costa

On May 31st, we had the immense pleasure of attending a spectacularly organized festival by CÁRNICAS RÍOS, celebrating one of the most beloved gastronomic traditions: the cocido con pelotas.

A Memorable Culinary Event

The event took place at C. Josefa Rebollo Rodríguez, 32 in Torrevieja (Alicante). Amidst laughter, a great atmosphere, and impeccable organization, we enjoyed a very special global presentation: the meatballs with artichoke! A true marvel that reflects the passion, innovation, and culinary roots of the region.
